Overwatch has now been fully rebranded, and Overwatch 2 is no more, and Blizzard is essentially resetting the clock on the game's life cycle.
Season 1 is now here, and we're going to run over all we know about 6v6 returning and what we know about the player limit in each game.

Overwatch Season 1: Is 6v6 Back? Answered
Overwatch is hitting the refresh button on their game once again, as they're removing the '2' and going back to their roots in ways.
However, with the soft relaunch of the game; many were wondering if they're planning to scrap the 5v5 feature, which was a main selling point behind OW2.
At the time of writing, it does appear as that 6v6 will not return with the new Overwatch season, and 5v5 will once again be the primary game mode. But 6v6 will more than likely make its way into the Arcade section of OW for the time being.
