We’re entering the onset of the 14th season of League of Legends, and this all this said, it doesn’t appear Riot is going to stop anytime soon with the patches.

League of Legends Patch 14.2: All Champion Buffs and Nerfs
The next League of Legends patch is going to change up quite a few champions, alongside changing how some of the runes function within the game, especially for Twisted Fate.
While all of these changes are exciting, we recommend heading over here, to get all the insight into the upcoming changes.
Patch update 14.2 has now arrived as January 24, and all the champion changes are listed below.
Ahri
- E cooldown decreased from 14 seconds to 12 seconds.
Blitzcrank
- Base armor decreased from 40 to 37.
- E total AD scaling reduced from 200 percent to 180 percent.
Briar
- Passive healing amplification decreased from 0.5 percent per one percent missing health to 0.4 percent (plus 0.025 percent per 100 bonus health) per one percent missing health.
- Bleed tick rate decreased from one second to 0.5 seconds.
- Q damage changed from physical damage to magic damage, has added plus 60 percent AP.
- Q defensive reductions now include magic resistance.
- Q now applies on-hit effects and lifesteal.
- W bite heal decreased from 36-60 percent to 25-45 percent of damage dealt plus five percent of Briar’s max health.
Camille
- Base health increased from 646 to 670.
- Passive cooldown changed from 20-5 seconds to 18-10 seconds.
- Q speed increased from 20-40 percent to 30-40 percent.
Darius
- Q mana cost decreased from 30-50 to 25-45.
- Q missing health heal per champion increased from 13 percent to 15 percent, with maximum healing at three champions increased from 39 percent to 45 percent.
- E armor penetration increased from 15-35 percent to 20-40 percent.
Ezreal
- Q AD scaling increased from 130 percent to 135 percent.
- W base AD scaling increased from 60 percent to 100 percent.
- R base damage increased from 350-600 to 350-700.
- Base AD scaling increased from 100 percent to 120 percent.
Fizz
- Q AP scaling decreased from 50 percent to 45 percent.
- W passive damage-over-time AP scaling decreased from 40 percent to 30 percent.
Garen
- W damage reduction duration changed from 2-5 seconds to four seconds flat.
- E AD scaling per tick increased from 32-40 percent to 36-40 percent.
Gragas
- Base health growth increased from 109 to 115.
- Base armor growth increased from 4.8 to 5.
- R cooldown decreased from 120-80 seconds to 100-70 seconds.
Gwen
- Passive target max health AP scaling increased from 0.65 percent to 0.72 percent.
Hwei
- E cooldown decreased from 15-11 seconds to 12-10 seconds.
- EQ flee duration changed from static one second to 1-1.5 seconds.
Illaoi
- Base health growth increased from 109 to 115.
- Base mana increased from 300 to 350.
- Base mana growth increased from 50 to 60.
- Passive tentacle hit missing health heal per champion increased from 4.5 to 5.0 percent.
Jax
- E base damage decreased from 55-175 to 40-160.
- E target HP scaling decreased from four to 3.5 percent.
Karma
- Base health increased from 604 to 630.
- Q AP scaling increased from 50 percent to 70 percent.
- E shield increased from 80-240 plus 45 percent AP to 80-260 plus 60 percent AP.
Karthus
- Q base damage increased from 43-115 to 45-125.
- W magic resist shred increased from 15 percent to 25 percent.
Rumble
- Q base damage over three seconds decreased from 135-195 to 125-185.
- E shred decreased from 12-20 percent to 10-18 percent.
Shen
- Base AD increased from 60 to 64.
Teemo
- E on-hit AP scaling decreased from 30 percent to 25 percent.
- R mushroom recharge timer increased from 30-20 seconds to 35-25 seconds.
Twisted Fate
- Base attack speed decreased from 0.651 to 0.625
- Attack speed growth decreased from 3.22 to three percent.
- Q damage now has additional plus 50 percent bonus AD.
- W Blue Cards now have 0.575 critical strike multiplier added.
- W Red Cards now have 0.350 critical strike multiplier added.
- W Gold Cards now have 0.250 critical strike multiplier added.
- E bonus attack speed increased from 10-40 percent to 10-60 percent.
- E damage now has plus 75 percent bonus AD.
Veigar
- Base health increased from 550 to 580.
