Fortnite is now edging closer and closer to the release of a brand new Chapter, and it feels surreal to say Chapter 6 Season 1 is nearly here.
With this brand new Chapter also comes some in-game events for players to compete in.
Here's all we know about competitive in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1.
Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 Competitive Details: FNCS, Weekly Cups and More
Waiting for the next Fortnite season is something no one truly enjoys but this time round it'll be well worth the wait.
Similarly to last year, Epic will be rolling out a brand new Chapter during December, and it's going to change some details regarding how certain competitive events are going to work.
FNCS Divisional Cups
On December 7th, compete with your trio in the new FNCS Trial to qualify in your region for one of three competitive divisions. Placing in the top 200 trios will immediately qualify you for Division 1 where each week you’ll have the opportunity to compete for a spot in the Division 1 Cup Finals and compete for cash prizes.
Each week, while Division 1 fights it out for a spot in the final, players in Division 2 and 3 will be competing to be promoted to the division above. Importantly, players who have achieved Division 1 will be eligible for the FNCS Major Play-In Stage later in the season.
