Each week Bungie resets some of the elements within the game, and it’s a point that players look forward to each time.
Here’s all we know about this weeks weekly reset, January 23-30th.
Destiny 2 Weekly Reset Date and Time
Destiny 2 has been resetting at the same time each week since Nightfalls were added, and will occur at the following times on Tuesdays.
- 10:00am PST
- 1:00am EST
- 5:00pm GMT
What Changes During Destiny 2’s Weekly Reset?
The following will change in some regard each week.
- Weekly Grandmaster Nightfall rotation
- Crucible playlist rotation
- Neptune & legacy Activities reset
- Weekly bounties
- Eververse Store
- Ava’s stock
- Banshee’s Foundry Focusing
- Exotic Mission Rotator
- Lost Sector
- Xur
Destiny 2 Weekly Reset Activities: January 16-23
Nightfall
Nightfall Strike: HyperNet Current
Hero Modifiers:
- Champions: Unstoppable and Overload.
- Hero Modifiers: Extra Shields. Arc, Void, and Solar.
- Galvanized: Combatants have more health and are more difficult to stun.
- Overcharge: Grenade Launcher and Kinetic Weapons when the player’s subclass matches an active Surge element.
- Denial: Taken Vandals summon their shields significantly more often.
- Threat: Arc
- Surge: Stasis and Solar
Legend Modifiers:
- All previous modifiers.
- Equipment Locked: Unable to change equipment once the mission starts.
Master Modifiers:
- All previous modifiers.
- Togetherness: Base health regen is reduced. If near another player, health regen is increased.
- Master Modifiers: Locked Loadout, Extra Champions, and Extra Shields..
Grandmaster Modifiers:
- All previous modifiers.
- Chaff: Radar is disabled.
- Epitaph: Taken combatants generate blight geysers when defeated.
- Grandmaster Modifiers: Extinguish, Limited Revives, Contest, Join In Progress, Disabled, Extra Champions, Locked Loadout, and Extra Shields.

Featured Raid: Garden of Salvation

Neptune Weekly Activities
- Weekly Mission: No Time Left – “Stop the Darkness relay from activating and creating a link between the Witness and the Veil.”
- Vex Incursion Zone: Zephyr Concourse – “The Vex are testing CloudArk defenses in this region. Reality fractures as the VexNet bleeds through into Neomuna.”
- Partition: Backdoor – “Break into a Vex Mind’s stronghold and defeat it.”
