Black Ops 7 Season 1 Reloaded has now arrived, and it's implemented a ton of content for players to dive into.
Amongst these additions is a brand new event in partnership with Fallout, and we're going to run over all we know about it.

Black Ops 7 x Fallout: All Details, Dates, Game Modes and More
Black Ops 7 has been off to a decent start in 2026, as while we've seen games such as Arc Raiders soar in popularity, there's still some traction when it comes to the new content coming to COD.
Season 1 Reloaded added a new event with Fallout, as the second season of the hit TV show has been running, and now COD players have new content to check out.
Fallout and Black Ops 7 will take place in-game from January 12th until February 4th, and all of the new additions can be found here or below, including the new store offerings.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7: Season 01 Reloaded Content
Limited Time World Event: Deathclaw Hunt
Avalon’s been hit. Access Black Ops 7’s Endgame Mode, and venture into the Fallout-inspired wasteland filled with toxic air, where Deathclaws and Feral Ghouls await. Only the bold will claim victory (and rewards).
Multiplayer Map: Vault Town
Step into the remastered Multiplayer Map, Vault Town, a retro-apocalyptic evolution of the classic Nuketown map. Vault-Tec’s air purifiers keep the air breathable, while Nuka-Cola buses and power armor displays set the stage for intense firefights. Keep an eye out for hidden Fallout easter eggs, but don’t forget to watch your six while you’re in Vault Town. Consider checking the map out in a Private Match to really take in the sights.
Limited Time Mode: S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Mayhem
Multiplayer goes radioactive in the new 6v6 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Mayhem mode that blends Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint and Kill Confirmed. Take down enemy Operators and grab the special power-ups they drop to help you stay alive and thrive. Power-ups like Pie for health, Jet for speed, RadAway for quick radiation relief and more. Keep a close eye on your new Geiger counter because your survival depends on managing your exposure and snagging the right power-ups.
Limited Time Mode: Ghoul Infection
Vault dwellers face a relentless ghoul outbreak in this 24-player twist on Infected. Scavenge for Perks and RadAway, chain eliminations for powerful upgrades, and beware of the devastatingly powerful Glowing Ghoul. Eliminated Vault Dwellers return as Ghouls. Survive to the end or join the horde.
Zombies: Season 01 Reloaded Content
Limited Time Mode: Project RADS
Zombies maps Ashes of the Damned and Astra Malorum are overrun in Project RADS, a new Limited Time Mode! Feral Ghouls and Deathclaws raise the stakes as radiation levels climb each round. Heal with Zombie Snacks, collect Bottle Caps to buy gear, and use RadX and RadAway to reduce radiation levels and keep your crew (and yourself) alive. High exposure to radiation means slower movement, weaker weapons and lost Perks. Manage your rads or pay the price. Make your way through the rounds to earn rewards and an XP payout.
Call of Duty: Warzone: Season 01 Reloaded Content
Limited Time Mode: Power Armor Royale
Verdansk is irradiated, but lucky for your Trio, Power Armor is falling from the sky in Power Armor Royale, provided you can get to it first. Radiation zones shift each match and if you don’t get your mitts on some Power Armor, you’ll need RadAway to survive. Charge up your Fusion Core, fight for those Power Armor drops and dominate the Wasteland.

Earn wasteland rewards with the Fallout Event Pass! Unlock the Sturmwolf 45 SMG, “Dweller” and “Wanderer” Operator Skins, and more in the free track. Upgrade to the Premium Reward Track for rewards like “Maximus” and “The Ghoul” Operators, exclusive Weapon Blueprints, and the “Minigun Teardown” Finishing Move.
Fallout Quantum Exchange
Collect Bottle Caps across all modes and trade them in for even more rewards like the Hawker HX Sniper Rifle and other Fallout-inspired gear.
Global Leaderboard Event: Baron of the Wasteland
Climb the ranks in this Wasteland-themed Leaderboard event to earn exclusive Calling Card rewards for the top players as well as “Quantum Caps” and “Sunset Sarsaparilla” Weapon Camos, a unique “Cappy” Weapon Charm and more.
Tracer Pack: Fallout
Become the Fallout TV show’s leading heroine Lucy with the Tracer Pack: Fallout Bundle and face the Wasteland with a good ol’ “Okey dokey!” smile.
